About the event

Join Gina Torres for a 2 hour yoga workshop designed to aid in nervous system regulation.

In our society we are bombarded with an overwhelming amount of information. We all have responsibilities and previous life experiences that create coping mechanisms in the system and nervous system patterning. We may feel in a chronic state of stress, anxiety, or shut down - and end up using coping techniques to get us through the day.

This class is designed to help bring you back into a state of balance. To connect you to your felt sense (your internal world) so that you may feel safe, grounded and calm - allowing you to thrive, not just survive.

Where? : Yogacita Liverpool 

When? : Sunday 14th May 12-2pm 

How much? : £20 Introductory offer

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax. You can bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask or anything else that will allow for comfort during relaxation. We have yoga mats at the studio, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
