This event provides a welcoming space for all women, no matter what stage of life you are in. Whether you have been to my events before or if this is your first time, I cannot wait to share the space with you.

The session will be:

1.30 hour nurturing feminine practices

1 hour sharing circle

Have you ever felt disconnected from your body? felt anxious, ungrounded or unsafe as a woman? or experienced issues around menstruation, women's health or fertility?

The disconnect we feel from our own body and from the women around us affects us on many levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Womb yoga is a homecoming that guides you back to your feminine power within.

During class we focus on breathing, mantra, mudras and gentle practices that work on the many layers of being to give you a fully rounded feeling of comfort in your own skin - to appreciate your body and feel the magic it contains.

We then move into a sharing circle. 

The feeling of being held and heard by a group of women free of judgment is so special and healing in itself. However there is no obligation to share.

This event is open to anyone who was born into a female body, whether you still have your womb or not you can work with this space - your power source of creation.

One of the main components to this practice is menstruation as working with your cycle can be transformational! But this workshop is open to all, whether you bleed or not, as those same seasonal cycles can be felt throughout many processes in life.
