1 : 1 Yoga
I teach hatha, vinyasa, pre & postnatal and women’s yoga. I’m also qualified in trauma informed yoga which is weaved into everything I do. Whether you’re looking to calm anxiety, de-stress, connect to your female body, support your nervous system or deepen your practice, I can tailor the classes to your needs - either online or in person in Liverpool/nearby.
Menstruality Medicine Circle
An hour long circle held over zoom which gives you an opportunity to dive underneath the surface of your menstrual cycle and connect to the wisdom and power within. For anyone who is looking for clarity, support or direction in their lives - the answers are already within and this session can help you connect to them through the insight of menstruality.
These sessions are for women who are looking to heal their relationship to their body, soul and cycle. My work is centred around menstrual cycle awareness and utilising your feminine power as a tool for transformation, spiritual insight and deeper embodiment. Sessions are a combination of everything I offer. For both 6 and 12 week containers.
