My work is focused around the menstrual cycle and working with women through all stages of life
I created this platform to honour the ever changing cycles of the feminine form
The membership is open to anyone who menstruates as well as anyone who identifies as female.
No matter your age, race, orientation, economic situation or background, you are welcome here.
THE INNER SEASONS
The yoga videos are categorised into sections that correspond to the seasons. If you have a menstrual cycle then these will be an embodied experience but you can still tune in and benefit from the classes regardless of whether you bleed or not.
We are naturally cyclical beings so you may choose to work with the luna cycle, the yearly cycle or simply just tune in each day to see what your body is craving.
My journey with women's yoga and womb healing began when I was pregnant with my son so I'm passionate about providing services for women if they choose to take that journey to motherhood.
On this platform you will find classes and meditations that are designed for pre and postnatal women. I personally found my yoga practice to play a key role in keeping me calm and tuned in during my pregnancy and I love to share that with others.
I also love to promote gentle/conscious parenting methods and view motherhood as a spiritual practice so you'll find videos about how I navigate raising a child and what I learn along the way.
