1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
1/2 teaspoon chaga mushroom powder

1/2 teaspoon he shou wu powder
1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
1 heaped teaspoon collagen powder (I use the Hunter & Gather powder - use code GINATORRES for 10%off site wide)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warmed but not boiling.
Whisk in the cacao powder, ashwagandha, chaga, reishi, he shou wu, and collagen powder until well combined. (you could use a blender to do this to make it creamy/frothy - that's what I do)
Stir in honey and cinnamon, adjusting sweetness to your liking.
Continue to heat the mixture, stirring frequently, until it reaches your desired temperature.
Pour into your favorite mug, sip mindfully, and let the nourishing properties support you during your menstrual cycle.
